- Prerequisites: The candidate must have passed the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam
- Without the possibility of using materials
- 40 questions with a choice of 4 options
- 70% correct answers for passing the exam (28 of 40)
- The exam is conducted in English. It is possible to choose German, French, Chinese or another language at your request.
- Length 90 min (+ 25% for candidates who do not have English as their mother tongue)
- Bloom's taxonomy level 2 and 3
The certification is valid for 3 years. After that, recertification is required.
